Working with No Jobs in the Arts to evaluate their work supporting early year creatives across the East Midlands.

I met with 12 of the artists who participated in the programme, and recorded our conversations for an audio piece to reflect on its impact.

To better understand the needs of the region and shape future programming we also did a survey inviting people to respond to one simple question: What Do You Want?
